To optimize your Libra web experience, we recommend the use of the following programs:

Browsers

Libra’s site has been designed for Mozilla Firefox 1.0, Internet Explorer & Netscape Navigator latest versions. However, to optimize your web experience we recommend the use of Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 6.0.

Screen Resolution

The site has been designed for optimum resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. Setting your PC to this resolution will avoid scroll bars appearing on the screen and optimize viewing of site contents.

Screen Colors

We recommend you work with color setting of minimum 16 bits (65.536 colors). At lower settings, image quality will be significantly reduced.

Internet Connection

The site is best viewed using high-speed (DSL or ISDN) internet connections or, at minimum, a 56K modem.

Plug-ins

Animated sections of the site can be viewed using Macromedia Flash. In addition, Flash improves site download speed and graphics quality in certain applications. Flash is available for download here.

Downloadable documents

Certain documents are downloadable from the site. To do so, we recommend the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader - which can be downloaded here.

To optimize the use of Libra’s site, we recommend that you set your browser to accept cookies. Both Explorer & Netscape, by default, are set to accept cookies.
